The Maja Dress (Majakjole) är ett symönster i pappersformat från norska Ida Victoria. Symönstret är på engelska. 

The Maja dress is a versatile dress that will fit your child for a long time. Dress it up or down with fabrics and trimmings and this dress will work just as well at a party as in the sand box. The Maja dress can be worn all year round with a long or short-sleeved top. As the child grows, the dress can be worn as a tunic dress over leggings or trousers. 

Sizes: 6 months - 5 years

The pattern allows for a lot of movement around the chest. This makes the dress comfortable to wear as well as give room for a thicker sweater underneath. You will find the measurements of the finished dress in the table. Please note that the table shows width – for circumference, double the measurement. 

* The fabric requirement in the table refers to the maximum fabric you will need to make the Maja dress. However, some fabrics can be laid out in both directions allowing you to turn the fabric over and use less of it. You will need two pieces of fabric for each size – one for the dress and one for lining.
